    This book is great because it is so easy to read. Great, quick chapters with key motivational tools. Really need to try the website where you can get a picture of yourself of what you would look like after losing weight. Totally worth it!!. Loved it for hints on how to make changes a little at a time.

    I enjoyed the format of the bookvery easy to read with short chapters. Even though I do not have a weight problem, I found the book to be very motivational in settting my goals to eat bettercut out the fat, cut our the sodas and caffeine, etc. This book has helped me get back to the basics of visioning a healthy lifestyle overall and doing something about it and sticking to it. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for some guidance to live a healthier lifestyle.
